Do I need to do anything after uploading?
No. Just leave your bag in the spot you tell us at checkout — a porch, lobby, or front desk all work. We'll pick it up during your chosen window and return it the same way.
How many files can I upload at once?
Yes — free within our 10-mile service area. Outside that zone, delivery may still be available for a small fee. Just ask when you schedule.
How fast will I get my order back?
Most orders are cleaned and delivered within 24–48 hours. Book before the morning cutoff for same-day pickup.
Can I run multiple projects at once?
Absolutely. Choose weekly or bi-weekly and we'll come the same day each cycle. You can skip, pause, or reschedule anytime.
What if there are specialty items?
Reschedule or skip a pickup with one tap, right up until your pickup window begins. There's no fee to change your plan.
How long do you save photos and lists?
Photos and lists are saved for 90 days after the delivery of the content list. Requests for longer saving period can be requested.
